Online Somatic Therapy, Matched to You
Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Over more than a decade of practice, I’ve trained in several complementary approaches to trauma and nervous system healing — so our work together can be shaped around what you actually need, not a single fixed method.
Below is an overview of the modalities I draw from. Many clients experience a blend of two or three, depending on how our sessions unfold.
The Five Methods
Somatic Experiencing®
The foundation — working with the body to release stored trauma.
A naturalistic approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine that helps your nervous system complete the survival responses that got interrupted or overwhelmed. Instead of retelling the story, we work gently with body sensation to help trapped survival energy discharge and settle.
Best for: Single-incident trauma, chronic stress, a nervous system that feels “stuck on” or shut down.
NARM® (NeuroAffective Relational Model)
For the patterns that trace back to childhood and relationships.
A model developed by Dr. Laurence Heller for healing developmental and attachment trauma — the subtler wounds that shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. NARM works with both the mind and body, focusing on your strengths and capacity for connection, not just what’s “wrong.”
Best for: Longstanding relational patterns, self-worth struggles, complex or early childhood trauma (C-PTSD).
Body Mind Eating Coaching
Healing your relationship with food, from the inside out.
A holistic, compassion-based approach to eating challenges — body image struggles, emotional eating, or a disconnect between what you eat and how you feel. Rather than another diet plan, we look at the emotional, relational, and nervous-system roots that shape your relationship to food.
Best for: Emotional or stress eating, body image concerns, wanting a non-diet approach to nourishment.
Integral Somatic Psychology™
Deepening embodiment across every level of experience.
Developed by Dr. Raja Selvam, ISP is a complementary approach that increases your capacity to stay embodied while working with intense emotional, psychological, or even spiritual material — including integrating powerful experiences like plant medicine ceremonies or spiritual openings.
Best for: Clients who want to deepen an existing therapeutic process, or who are integrating intense inner experiences.
The Learning Love Work
Healing the inner child, transforming your relationships.
Rooted in inner-child and conscious-relating work, this approach helps you understand the early patterns that still shape how you love, attach, and set boundaries today — so you can build healthier, more conscious relationships going forward.
Best for: Relationship patterns, intimacy struggles, wanting to understand your attachment style.
Not Sure Which Approach Fits You?
You don’t need to figure this out alone. Most clients don’t choose a single method upfront — we find the right combination together, starting with a conversation.
